You're trusting us with proprietary data about your robot, your tasks, and your approach. We take that seriously.
What matters to you
We don't train on your data. We don't share it. We don't use it for anything except delivering what you paid for.
We support:
- —Customer-controlled storage — we push to your S3/GCS bucket
- —MotionLedger storage — encrypted at rest, access-logged
Most security-conscious customers prefer their own buckets. We make that easy.
Least-privilege permissions throughout. Operators see only what they need to collect data. QA reviewers see only what they need to review.
Full logging of who accessed what, when. Available on request.
If your environment contains sensitive information (whiteboards, screens, faces), we can apply redaction before delivery.
Every episode traces back to a specific operator, session, and collection timestamp. If something looks wrong, we can investigate.
When the engagement ends, we delete everything. Raw footage, processed data, intermediate files. Complete removal on request, confirmed in writing.
What we don't do
